Map the users, workflows, dependencies, constraints, and open questions. The output is a set of findings, options, and a proposed implementation scope. Fees and deliverables are agreed before work starts.

Modernization and integration

Repair or replace a bounded application workflow, connect equipment and databases, and define what must stay compatible. Validation includes failure and recovery paths alongside normal operation.

Applied-AI pilots

Evaluate a focused workflow such as searching approved technical documents or drafting structured notes for review. Agree on permitted data, evidence requirements, human review, quality checks, latency, and cost.
