The problem

An operator sees one workflow. Underneath it may be a Windows application, a terminal, a database, a reader, a printer, and a network. Supporting that workflow means reasoning across those boundaries.

Decisions that matter

Keep device behavior behind a boundary

Application workflows should not need to understand every message format, timeout, or reconnection detail.

Design for recovery

Persistence, duplicate handling, diagnostics, deployment, and rollback matter alongside the successful transaction path.

Carry the context through delivery

Requirements, estimating, commissioning, training, and support expose constraints that a code-only view can miss.

Follow the workflow

  1. Understand the operator task and equipment constraints.
  2. Define application and integration boundaries.
  3. Test successful and failed transaction paths.
  4. Commission, document, train, and support.

What is implemented

My resume documents Windows application development, industrial communications, SQL data layers, modernization, commissioning, and cross-layer troubleshooting. Customer-specific materials are intentionally excluded.

Scope and current limits

This page describes documented responsibilities. It does not claim a measured customer result or publish proprietary implementations.
